Lagoa Metal fine stoneware withstands variations between -20ºC and 250ºC (0ºF to 500ºF), with maximum recommended thermal variation of 180ºC (350ºF).
For better conservation in dishwasher, use moderate programs, avoid abrasives and ensure pieces do not touch each other.
Recommendations
- Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods (e.g., vinegar, citrus, tomato) to preserve the metallic glaze.
- Avoid thermal shocks (e.g., placing hot items on cold surfaces).
- Do not use over direct flame.
