Receipt of Goods – Transport Damage
(Applicable when transport is arranged by Grestel)
In case of visible damage to the shipment (boxes or pallets) upon delivery, the client must:

Record all damages on the carrier's delivery note

Take clear photographs of the damaged boxes or pallets
Without this documentation it will not be possible to validate the claim with the carrier, and the complaint may therefore not be accepted.
Claims and Non-Conformities
Any defects, non-conformities, quantity discrepancies or packaging issues must be reported within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the goods.
Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
